US Supreme Court Betrays the Public, Again

Artisitic works in the public domain can now be re-copyrighted by the US Congress, according to the bozos in the US Supreme Court.

The fascist agenda continues in America where the Supreme Court ruled that works in the public domain can be re-copyrighted. This betrays the interests of the public and serves only the greed of multi-national corporations and those who want to control information.

The executive director of the Fair Use Project at Stanford University calls the decision “unfortunate” and claims that it “suggests Congress is not required to pay particularly close attention to the interests of the public when it passes copyright laws.”
